Cut the ends of each baked potato. Scoop out the insides into a mixing bowl. Mash potatoes with the butter, milk, salt and paprika. Fill potato shells with mashed potatoes. Push a sausage through each potato. Bake in oven 10-20 minutes until hot. Serve hot. Note: The original recipe calls for cooking a raw sausage inside of the potato. In today's world, the extra fat is too much cholesterol. Try hot dogs in place of the sausage. Kids like it!
