Peas in Sour Cream Sauce Recipe
Description: Sweet Peas are a fantastic veggie. They go well
with so many things. And, fresh picked peas are Ohhh sooo sweet.
Yield: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups fresh picked peas (or, 1-10z. package frozen peas)

1 cucumber, peeled, and diced
-
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
-
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
-
1/2 cup thick sour cream
-
1/2 cup mayonnaise
-
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation Directions:

Cook peas and diced cucumbers in boiling water until peas are tender.

Drain.

In a double boiler, mix together remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring
frequently.

Pour sauce over peas and cucumbers.

Serve hot.
