Linguine with White Clam Sauce Recipe
Description: You will enjoy making your own white clam sauce.
While this recipe calls for Linguine, you can pour the clam sauce over any
pasta. It takes just minutes to make, just a few minutes more than store-bought
Yield: 2 cups
Linguine (or your favorite pasta)
1 can (8oz.) Clams, minced
1 can, Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoons Margarine
1/4 cup Milk
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Drain clams, reserving juice.
In a saucepan, cook clams, and garlic in margarine for 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve clam sauce over Linguine and serve hot.
Tip: Have an additional dish of grated Parmesan cheese on the side.
