Linguine with White Clam Sauce Recipe Ingredients

Linguine (or your favorite pasta)

1 can (8oz.) Clams, minced

1 can, of Cream of Mushroom soup

2 cloves Garlic, minced

2 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped

2 Tablespoons Margarine

1/4 cup Milk

2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

 

Recipe Directions

  1. Cook linguine.

  2. Drain clams, reserving juice.

  3. In a saucepan, cook clams, and garlic in margarine for 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

  5. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Serve clam sauce over Linguine and serve hot.

Tip: Have an additional dish of grated Parmesan cheese on the side.
