Oregano Lima Beans with Diced Carrots Recipe
Description: Lima beans and carrots taste great together. The
oregano adds an Italian Cuisine flavor. Serve with any main course, but goes
best with Italian or Mediterranean main dishes.
1 1/2 cups fresh (1 package frozen) lima beans
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1-2 diced carrots
1/8 teaspoon oregano
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 Tablespoons water1/2 cup sour cream
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place lima beans and diced carrots in a casserole dish.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and bake 45- 60 minutes, until vegetables are tender
