1 1/2 cups fresh (1 package frozen) lima beans
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1-2 diced carrots
1/8 teaspoon oregano
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 Tablespoons water1/2 cup sour cream
Pre-heat oven to 350 ° F.
Place lima beans and diced carrots in a casserole dish.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and bake for 45- 60 minutes, until vegetables are tender
