Kale with Sour Cream Recipe Ingredients
4 cups cooked kale
1 Tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1 cup sour cream
Recipe Directions
- Place kale into a microwavable container.
- Add butter, sugar, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chives.
- Heat thoroughly in the microwave.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Reheat until hot, stirring occasionally.
