Grilled Maple Ham Recipe

Description: This quick and easy grilled ham, has a nice flavor. It goes well with grilled corn, grilled squash, or cooked/boiled broccoli. Try it with salt potatoes.


Ingredients:

2 pounds Ham slices, cooked
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp. Allspice
1/8 tsp. Ground Cloves
4-6 Pineapple Rings


Preparation Directions:
  1. Mix together Maple Syrup, Dry Mustard, Allspice, and Ground Cloves.
  2. Place ham slices on a hot grill at medium heat.
  3. Baste with maple syrup mixture.
  4. Cook for 5-10 minutes, then turn over.
  5. Baste again, and cook another 5-10 minutes.
  6. While ham is cooking on its second side, place pineapple rings on the grill. Cook until scored and warm, just a couple minutes. Turn over and cook the other side.
  7. Remove ham from grill.
  8. Place pineapple rings on top of ham slices.
  9. Serve hot.
