Grilled Green Bean and Mushrooms Recipe
Description: Summer grillin' time gives us the opportunity to
grill some of our fresh grown veggies. That smoky taste really adds flavor.
Serves: 6
Ingredients:

3-4 cups green beans, cleaned, cut into 2" pieces.

4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
-
1/4 cup butter or margarine
-
1/2 small onion or 1 shallot, sliced
-
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Directions:

Place two sheets of aluminum foil on top of each other for double thickness.

Place beans onto the aluminum foil.

Add mushrooms and onions.
-
Top with butter or margarine, salt and pepper.

Fold and seal aluminum foil

Grill on medium heat for about 20 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.

Open the top of foil to allow a little smoke to enter as you grill another
10 minutes, or until beans are tender.

Serve hot.
