This is nothing short of a great recipe. Our family holiday traditions include this with our Christmas Eve dinner. We also use it several other times during the year, primarily during the winter months. But, it will definitely be a hit when you serve it any time of the year. So, put Campbell’s Green Bean Casserole recipe on your dinner menu tonight!
It’s quick and easy to make.
Serves: Makes about 12 servings
Did You Know? The world’s largest bean pods can grow up to 5 feet long.
8 cups cooked Green Beans (use your garden beans when in season)
2 cans Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Milk
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 2/3 cups French’s French Fried Onions.
Pre-heat oven to 350 ° F.
In a 3-quart casserole dish, stir together the soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, beans, and 1 1/3 cups onion.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Remove from oven and top with remaining onions.
Bake 5 minutes more.
Serve hot.
