You will want to double the size of this garlic butter recipe. And, don’t be afraid to use more garlic than is called for in the recipe. Garlic lovers will not regret it.

This is an easy-to-make recipe. And, it has few ingredients.
1 cup butter or margarine
8 cloves of garlic. Use more, if you like it strong.
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley (dried or fresh)
2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Put butter or margarine directly into a container.
Mince or crush 8 cloves of garlic. Use more, if you like it strong.
Add garlic to butter, and mix well.
Add chopped parsley and mix together.
Mix in grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Cover the container with a lid, and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Tip: We like to add parmesan cheese to some recipes, and not others. For example, we add parmesan cheese on top of the garlic butter when making garlic bread. But, we don’t use parmesan cheese when using this butter to baste or marinade meats. It’s a matter of personal taste. How will you use it!?
