1 1/3 cup sifted, all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cups milk
1 egg
Tips:
Serve with remoulade sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese, or other dipping sauce.
Try the fritter batter with other garden vegetables, like zucchini, other squashes, or onion strips.
