Dandelion Lettuce Salad Recipe Ingredients

1 head lettuce, washed

1 pint of dandelion greens, washed

small onion

1/2 green pepper

1/2 lb. Swiss cheese

4 Tablespoons olive oil

3 Tablespoons vinegar

2 tomatoes, cut into 8 pieces each

2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

Directions How to Make Dandelion Lettuce Salad Recipe

  1. Cut lettuce, dandelion greens, onions, green pepper, and cheese into small, bite-sized pieces.

  2. Add olive oil and vinegar, and toss lightly.

  3. Gently mix in tomatoes and eggs.

  4. Top with homemade salad croutons.

  5. Serve chilled.
