Cucumbers in Sour Cream Recipe Ingredients

2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced

2 teaspoons salt

1 cup sour cream

8 teaspoons vinegar

4 teaspoons fresh chives

1 teaspoon dill weed

Black pepper to taste

Dash of hot pepper  – optional

Directions How to Make Cucumbers in Sour Cream

  1. Sprinkle salt over cucumbers. Let stand for 30 minutes. Drain any water off.

  2. Sour cream and remaining ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Fold cucumber slices into the sauce.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
