Corn Casserole Recipe Ingredients
16 1/2 ounce can cream-style corn
16 ounce corn kernels
8 1/2 ounce box corn muffin mix
1 cup low fat sour cream
1 egg
Corn Casserole Recipe Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Coat a 13″ X 9″ baking dish with cooking oil spray.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Spoon contents into the baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
