Traditional Cole Slaw Dressing Recipe
Description: Making your own cole slaw is quick and easy. This traditional
cole slaw recipe includes a basic coleslaw dressing.
Ingredients:
| 1/2 head |
Cabbage |
| 1 |
Carrot, medium size |

Cole Slaw Dressing Ingredients: |
| 1 cup |
Mayonnaise |
| 1 tsp. |
Vinegar |
| 1/4 tsp. |
Sugar |
| 1/8 tsp. |
Salt |
|
Pepper, to taste |
| 3-4 drops |
Lemon Juice |
Preparation Directions:

In a bowl, mix together the coleslaw dressing ingredients. Set aside.

Shred 1/2 of a head of cabbage.

Shred carrot, and add it to the shredded cabbage.

Pour about 2/3 of cole slaw dressing into the cabbage. Mix well.

Add the remainder of the cole slaw dressing, if the cole slaw looks a little
dry. You may or may not need all of the dressing.

Cover and place cole slaw into the refrigerator for at least an hour to chill.
