This Candied Carrots recipe is quick and easy to make. Kid’s love ’em. You can vary the proportions for big or small families or groups. And perhaps best of all, it is very easy to make. If you can boil water, you can make this recipe.

Four large carrots (or 16 oz. package of baby carrots)
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons brown sugar
A sprinkle of parsley
Peel carrots.
Cut carrots into wheels
Boil carrots in water until soft.
Drain carrots.
Add butter or margarine. Stir in until completely melted.
Add brown sugar and mix together well.
Pour into a serving bowl. Sprinkle top lightly with parsley.
Serve hot.
