Asparagus with Dill Sauce Recipe

Description:  Asparagus is one of the early treats of the gardening season. You can't have too many asparagus recipes. This recipe is quick and easy to make... there's just three steps.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh Asparagus

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 Tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon dill seed

Preparation Directions:

  1. Put asparagus and salt into water and cook until soft. For low salt diets, cook asparagus without salt. Drain.
