Here’s a really easy summer delight. You put it together in minutes. It disappears just as quickly. Make this tomato and mozzarella cheese recipe tonight.

Tomatoes, sliced
Mozzarella Cheese sliced
Olive Oil
Fresh Basil Leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
Place alternating layers of tomato, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves on a platter.
Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil over all.
Arrange more basil leaves around the outer edge of the platter.
Place it out on the lunch or dinner table, and watch it disappear!
