Cheese Stuffed Banana Pepper Recipe
Description: With just a couple steps, and a couple ingredients,
you can make a delicious banana pepper appetizer. This is a great way to
use up all of those banana peppers that seem to mature on the plant all at
the same time.
Wash and peppers, cut open at the stem end, and remove insides.
Grate pepperjack cheese
In a bowl, blend together grated pepperjack cheese and cream cheese.
Stuff the peppers with the cheese mixture. Use a pastry bag, if you have

Cut each pepper in thirds, or serve whole.
