Pumpkin Bisque Recipe

||Carrots, peeled and chopped
||Butter or Margarine
|2 (10.75) ounce) cans
|1 1/2 tsp.
||Pumpkin Pie Spice
How to Make Pumpkin Bisque:
In a small pan add a cup of chicken broth and cook the carrots, onions, celery
and garlic until soft.
Remove from heat, and let cool slightly.
Pour vegetables and broth into a blender. Process until smooth.
Pour mixture into a 3 quart saucepan.
Add remaining broth, pumpkin, evaporated milk, water and spices.
Cover and cook on medium heat until hot.
