Peppers Stuffed with Corn and Cheese Recipe
Description: Peppers are great for stuffing. They make the best bowl
for a wide variety of foods. This recipe, with corn and cheese is easy to
make, and will be popular with your entire family.

Yield: Six stuffed peppers
Ingredients:
Tip: You can use other cheeses. American cheese is good substitute,
especially for kids. Better, still,experiment with a blend of cheeses.
Preparation Directions:

Wash peppers. Cut the tops off, and remove the seeds. Rinse the cavity.

Blanch peppers in boiling water for 2-4 minutes. Or, put them in a container
of hot water, and blanch them in the microwave. Don't let them get too soft,
or they will break as you stuff them.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Allow peppers to cool slightly, so they are easier to handle and stuff.

Combine remaining ingredients,mixing together well.

Stuff peppers with mixture.

Bake in oven for 20 - 25 minutes.

Serve hot.
