Cauliflower with Tomato Cheese Sauce Recipe

Description:  This is a nice and hearty recipe. It is good for both lunch or dinner.  It will taste extra good, on a cool fall day, just after you harvest the cauliflower from your garden.

Yield: 6 - 8 servings


Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cooked

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 1 can tomato soup

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Preparation Directions:

  1. Break cauliflower into pieces.

  2. Cook cauliflower in boiling water. Keep warm.

  3. In a separate pan, saute garlic in butter for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add soup, and heat until bubbly.

  5. Place cauliflower onto a serving dish, or individual plates.

  6. Pour tomato soup over the cauliflower.

  7. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
