Artichoke Dip Recipe

Description:  Serve this at one party, and guests will ask for it at all of your parties and special events.


Ingredients:

  • 1 can artichoke hearts

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup mayonnaise


Preparation Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Lightly mash the artichoke hearts and off drain excess water.

  3. Mix with mayonnaise and one half of the parmesan cheese.

  4. Pour into a small greased casserole bowl.

  5. Top with remaining cheese

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  7. Serve warm with crackers.
