Strawberry Jam Recipe
Description: Here's a 30 minute recipe for making strawberry
jam, so you can enjoy the fruits of your harvest all year long.
Yield: approximately 5 cups

Clean and sterilize one pint freezer containers.

Rinse strawberries and remove stems.

Crush strawberries. Make it chunky or smoother, as you and your family like
it.

Measure 1 3/4 cups of prepared strawberry, and place in a large bowl.

Thoroughly mix in sugar.Let stand 10 - 15 minutes.

Add lemon juice and fruit pectin. Stir in thoroughly.

Pour into one pint freezer containers.

Let stand for 24 hours at room temperature to properly gel.

Place one container in the refrigerator, and the rest in the freezer.
