Arugula with Nutmeg Recipe
Description: Here's quick and neat way to make Arugula, with nutmeg.
Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 pounds |
Arugula |
| 1 Tbs. |
Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1 Tbs. |
Butter or margarine |
| 1/4 tsp. |
Black Pepper |
| 1/4 tsp. |
Salt |
| 1/4 tsp. |
Nutmeg |
Preparation Directions:

Wash and drain Arugula. remove stems.

In a large skillet, melt butter with the olive oil.

Add 1/2 of the Arugula. As it begins to soften, add the remainder. and cover
with a lid.

Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium-high heat, until arugula is soft and wilted.

Add spices and mix well.

Continue to cook, stirring occasionally until most of the liquid has boiled
way.

Serve hot.
