Artichoke Casserole Recipe
Description: If you like Artichokes, this is a nice recipe to try.
It's quick to make, too.
Yield: 4 cups
Ingredients:

10 ounces Artichoke Hearts, cooked and drained

4 ounces sliced Mushrooms
-
1 tablespoon Margarine
-
1 can (11oz.) Cheddar Cheese soup
-
1/2 cup milk
-
2 Tbs. cooking Sherry
-
1 1/2 cups Rice, cooked
-
Paprika
-
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a saucepan, brown the mushrooms in margarine.

Add the margarine, soup, milk, and cooking sherry.

In a 1 quart casserole dish, combine the rice, artichokes and soup mixture.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle Paprika on top.

Serve hot.
