Grilled Mushrooms Recipe
Description: While you are grilling steaks, beef or chicken,
cook some mushrooms on the grill at the same time. Serve them on the meat,
or on the side.
Serves: 6
Ingredients:

4-5 thin slices of onion
-
1/4 cup water
-
1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
-
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
-
1/4 teaspoon salt
-
1/8 teaspoon pepper
-
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Preparation Directions:

Use a heavey duty sheet of aluminum foil.

Put all ingredients onto the aluminum sheet.

Close aluminum foil, wrapping and folding and crimping all sides and the
top. You want it sealed, to keep in the steam.

Grill on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, then turn over.

Continue to grill in 5-6 minute intervals and turning them over for a total
of 15-20 minutes.

When done, onions and mushrooms will be soft.

Serve hot.
