Roquefort / Blue Cheese Salad Dressing Recipe
Description: Making your own Roquefort or Blue Cheese salad
dressing is a cinch. You're probably asking yourself "why didn't I make my

Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise

4 ounces Roquefort or Blue Cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons cream or half and half
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon minced onion
-
1/2 teaspoon tobasco sauce
Note: You can leave out the tobasco sauce, if desired
Preparation Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
